Dexory's autonomous robots move through your aisles capturing multi-layer LiDAR and point-cloud data on every pallet position, then build a live digital twin of the entire facility — what's actually on the shelf, not just what the WMS thinks is there.
The DexoryView platform then flags discrepancies, damage, safety and compliance risks, and slotting inefficiencies in a cloud console you can check from any site, any time.
DexoryView ships with two core software modules that turn raw scan data into decisions your team can act on the same day.
Flags inventory discrepancies, damaged stock, and safety or compliance risks the moment they're scanned — not weeks later at the next manual cycle count.
Analyzes slotting patterns and space utilization across the facility, surfacing concrete layout and replenishment improvements from real occupancy data.
DexoryView runs in production at major global logistics and manufacturing operators. As a Dexory integration partner, Actel Robotics brings that same platform — deployment, WMS integration, and ongoing support — to Gulf Coast operations.

As a Dexory integration partner, Actel Robotics works from Dexory's own published engineering and deployment materials. Where a spec isn't publicly disclosed, we say so rather than guess — exact figures for your facility come out of a free assessment.
Dexory's robot is built around a telescoping tower — collapsed to roughly 3 meters for travel, extending up to 12–14 meters to scan racking that high. The base runs on a 6-wheel chassis (2 caster wheels front, 2 driven wheels center, 2 wheels rear) with a pivoting-arm suspension per wheel pair that absorbs floor undulations, and the robot can rotate 360° in place.
Not publicly published by Dexory: exact robot footprint/weight, linear travel speed, and battery chemistry. We don't repeat unverified third-party numbers here — ask us for facility-specific detail.
DexoryView is Dexory's software platform, built around a live digital twin of the warehouse that updates with every scan:
DexoryView integrates via pre-built connectors and open APIs with SAP EWM, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, and Körber (a named integration partnership since December 2024) — sitting alongside your existing WMS rather than replacing it, reconciling at the SKU and location level.
Dexory's own language is blunt about this: the robot needs "only a power outlet." No floor markers, barcodes, reflectors, or rail/track installation. Dexory's published four-step path to go-live is:
Dexory publishes real engineering detail on its safety layer even though it does not (as of this writing) advertise a named third-party certification like ISO 3691-4 or ANSI/RIA R15.08 — worth knowing going in, and something Actel discusses directly with facilities that require a specific certification. What is documented: multi-layered perception (2D/3D LiDAR + 3D cameras) with redundant coverage so any obstacle is seen by 3+ sensors; a functional safety layer that continuously calculates stopping distance and brakes before the robot could get closer to an object than it can safely stop short of; and a higher-level trajectory-recalculation algorithm that applies larger safety margins around people than around static objects. The scanning tower's sensors dynamically adjust those margins as it telescopes up to 14 meters.
Dexory is sold as a Robotics-as-a-Service subscription — no CapEx. Dexory's own description of what's included: "real-time warehouse intelligence, automated daily scans, intuitive dashboards, and continuous maintenance and support," backed by 24/7 global support and predictive maintenance intended to flag hardware issues before they cause downtime. Multi-site scaling is a real, proven pattern — Iron Mountain runs Dexory across multiple UK warehouses on one account.
A Proof-of-Value trial validated accuracy above 99% — exceeding DENSO's own KPIs — with zero stock-related production delays and zero stock errors in the first week of operation, avoiding multiple part outages from day one.
A 32% reduction in manual inventory work, scanning 10,000+ locations per hour and completing a full overnight scan of the entire warehouse ahead of every shift.

Dexory is an autonomous warehouse intelligence platform. Its robots scan every location in a facility — racking, floor, and mezzanine — using LiDAR and point-cloud capture, then build a live digital twin of your inventory that flags discrepancies, damage, and safety risks in the DexoryView software console.
No. Dexory's platform is a ground-based autonomous robot, not a flying drone. It navigates aisles and open floor space on wheels, scanning racking at height with its onboard sensor mast rather than flying through the facility.
Dexory publishes 99.9% inventory accuracy and scan rates up to 15,000 pallets an hour — enough to complete a full million-square-foot facility scan in under one shift.
No. There are no racking sensors, RFID tags, or fixed cameras to install. Typical deployment runs 1–2 weeks from signed agreement to live scanning.
Actel Robotics is a Dexory integration partner serving Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. We handle the facility assessment, WMS integration, deployment, and ongoing support from our Sugar Land headquarters.
Yes. Dexory's robot uses 360° obstacle detection and automatically stops or reroutes around people, forklifts, and other equipment in its path. Deployments follow recognized safety practices for autonomous mobile robots, including standards such as ANSI/RIA R15.08, and Actel Robotics reviews site-specific safety protocols with your team as part of deployment.
The robot simply stops its scan and your operations continue exactly as they would without it — nothing about a robot outage blocks picking, put-away, or shipping. Maintenance and hardware issues are covered under the RaaS support agreement, and Actel's team is notified automatically to resolve it.
