One RFP, Six Platforms, Zero Bias

Same or Better Pricing

Going direct to a manufacturer doesn't save money — integrator pricing already reflects manufacturer partner rates, and you gain implementation and support that direct sales channels don't include.

Unbiased Platform Recommendations

We're not committed to selling you the platform we happen to represent. Your RFP gets evaluated against the platform that actually fits your facility, even if that means recommending a configuration you didn't ask about.

One Response Covers Multiple Vendors

A multi-vendor RFP normally means five separate vendor conversations and five different sales processes. One RFP to Actel can cover comparison questions across all six platforms we integrate.

Full-Lifecycle Accountability

Manufacturer RFP responses typically stop at the hardware. Ours covers site assessment, integration, training, and ongoing 24/7 support — the full scope most RFPs are actually asking about.

Submitting an RFP or RFI — FAQ

How do I submit a formal RFP to Actel Robotics?

Use the form on this page to send us your RFP or RFI, or email your RFP document directly to sales@actelrobotics.com with your facility details and response deadline. We confirm receipt within one business day and provide a written response by your stated deadline whenever possible.

Can Actel Robotics respond to a multi-vendor RFP that includes platforms you don't sell?

Yes. As an authorized integrator across six platforms — Dexory, Corvus One, Locus Robotics, Boston Dynamics, Ghost Robotics, and Asylon — we can respond honestly to comparison questions covering competing platforms we don't represent, since our recommendation isn't tied to a single manufacturer's commission structure.

Do you have a standard RFP or RFI template we can use?

Yes — our free Warehouse Robotics RFP & Vendor Scorecard Template gives you structured questions and a weighted scoring rubric you can send to any vendor, including us. It's designed to make vendor responses genuinely comparable.

What information should we include in an RFI to get a useful response?

Facility square footage and layout type, current inventory or security process, integration requirements (WMS/ERP/VMS), timeline, and budget range if known. The more specific the RFI, the more specific and useful our response can be — vague RFIs typically get a request for a short discovery call instead of a written response.

How quickly does Actel Robotics respond to RFPs and RFIs?

We confirm receipt within one business day. Full written responses are typically delivered within 5-10 business days depending on RFP complexity and number of platforms being evaluated, and we will always tell you upfront if your stated deadline isn't realistic rather than miss it silently.
