Outside Sales Representative

📍 Houston, TX · Full-Time

Own the Greater Houston territory. You'll sell Actel's full lineup — autonomous inventory drones, fulfillment AMRs, and robotic inspection & security — to warehouses, 3PLs, distribution centers, and industrial facilities. This is a consultative, solution-selling role: you find the operational pain, quantify the ROI, and bring in our technical team to design the deployment.

  • Prospect and build a pipeline of warehouse and industrial accounts across Houston
  • Run discovery calls and on-site assessments to scope the right robotics solution
  • Present ROI models and proposals; manage the full sales cycle to close
  • Partner with our deployment team to ensure smooth handoff and happy customers
  • Hit and exceed quarterly quota
  • 3+ years of B2B sales — industrial, automation, logistics, or capital equipment a strong plus
  • A consultative, hunter mindset and comfort selling to operations and executive buyers
  • Willingness to be in warehouses and industrial environments, out in the field
  • Based in or near Houston, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $70,000 base + uncapped commission — on-target earnings $130,000–$160,000 — plus travel allowance and benefits.

Outside Sales Representative

📍 Dallas, TX · Full-Time

Open and own the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The DFW logistics market is booming, and you'll be the face of Actel to the warehouses, 3PLs, and manufacturers driving that growth — selling autonomous inventory drones, fulfillment AMRs, and inspection & security robots with clear ROI.

  • Build the DFW territory from the ground up — prospecting, pipeline, and closing
  • Run site assessments and translate operational pain into a robotics business case
  • Own the full sales cycle and partner with our deployment team on delivery
  • Represent Actel at regional trade shows and industry events
  • 3+ years of B2B sales — industrial, automation, logistics, or capital equipment a strong plus
  • Existing relationships in DFW warehousing/manufacturing are a bonus
  • Self-starter comfortable owning a new territory
  • Based in the DFW area, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $70,000 base + uncapped commission — on-target earnings $130,000–$160,000 — plus travel allowance and benefits.

Outside Sales Representative

📍 Baton Rouge, LA · Full-Time

Cover the Baton Rouge and South Louisiana industrial corridor — one of the densest concentrations of petrochemical, logistics, and heavy-industry facilities in the country. You'll sell robotic inspection and autonomous security alongside warehouse automation, matching each facility with the right platform and a clear return.

  • Develop the Baton Rouge / South Louisiana territory across warehousing and industrial accounts
  • Scope robotic inspection, security, and inventory-automation opportunities on site
  • Build ROI cases and manage deals from first call to close
  • Coordinate with our deployment team on install and ongoing support
  • 3+ years of B2B sales — industrial, petrochemical, automation, or logistics a strong plus
  • Comfort operating in and around plants, terminals, and warehouses
  • Self-directed, with the discipline to run a large geographic territory
  • Based in the Baton Rouge area, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $70,000 base + uncapped commission — on-target earnings $130,000–$160,000 — plus travel allowance and benefits.

Field Service Technician

📍 Houston, TX · Full-Time

Be the hands that put our robots to work. You'll deploy, install, integrate, and maintain autonomous platforms — inventory drones, quadruped inspection and security robots, and warehouse AMRs — at customer sites across the Houston region. It's a hands-on role for someone who loves solving hardware and software problems in the real world.

  • Install and commission robotics platforms on site, including docks, charging, and networking
  • Support integration with customer warehouse and inventory systems (WMS)
  • Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, firmware/software updates, and repairs
  • Train customer staff on day-to-day operation and safety
  • Travel to customer sites across the Greater Houston area
  • 2+ years in field service, mechatronics, electronics, robotics, IT/networking, or a related trade
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting across hardware and software
  • Comfort with ladders, heights, and active industrial/warehouse environments
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally
  • Robotics, drone (Part 107), A+, or networking certifications are a plus

Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 depending on experience, plus company vehicle/travel, benefits, and paid training on leading robotics platforms.
